Where are the receipts for classes on Spires?
Receipts are emailed to you, upon successful payment.
When you have finished a class, your tutor will log the class time. This will trigger a charge to the card added to Spires. If the transaction is successful, you will be emailed a receipt like the one below:
Please note: These will be sent via email, once, and cannot be sent again.
Where do I find receipts on Spires?
Step 1: From your log in pay go to the 'payments' tab.
Step 2: Scroll down to 'Payments'.
Step 3: You can 'Download' invoices from your classes here.
Step 4: Click 'Download'.
This will prompt a PDF download.
The billing details will be the address entered along with your card details. We cannot make separate invoices or adjust them to be of a different address than the one entered.
